I'm Berglind

I'm a former Yo-Yo Dieter who was trapped in the Dieting-Binge Eating Cycle for over 15 years, eventually causing damage to my health.

Like many women, I didn't realise how dieting would effect my life, going from eating super "healthy" to binge all fun food in the house left me feeling guilty and ashamed because I wasn’t able to control myself.

All I wanted was to feel Free and In Control around food.

After healing my relationship with food, I realised that it was truly possible to do so. Being able to fully enjoy the moments where food is around, is priceless!

Food Freedom Coaching is a program designed to help you break free from restrictive diets, overcome emotional-, binge- and over-eating and create a healthy relationship with food and your body.

Food Freedom Coaching focuses on nurturing a positive mindset, building sustainable habits and understanding your body’s needs, rather than focusing on losing weight with restricted diets that leads to yo-yo results.

It depends on how adaptable you are and how willing you are to follow the guidance. 
Unlike dieting, this is no quick fix, but I’ll support you the whole way.

Most of my clients experience their weight naturally establish when they stop dieting and learn to listen to their body and embrace balanced eating. 

When you remove all restrictions and rules around food, it becomes less appealing. Most of my clients find that within a week or two, l they no don’t desire eating the fun food at all times.

It all depends on your dedication and your willingness to embrace the change. If you’re committed to breaking free from dieting, overcoming emotional-, binge- and over-eating by building a healthier relationship with food, my programs is designed to support your journey.
You will learn how to shift your mindset and to create sustainable habits that is align with your goals while taking care of your needs. 
Just keep in mind, your success depends on your participation and openness to the coaching process. 

If you are willing to shift your focus away from the scale and direct it towards healing your relationship with food while creating healthy habits aligned with your values, you will likely experience weight loss if that aligns with your body’s needs.
