Food Freedom Coaching is a program designed to help you break free from restrictive diets, overcome emotional-, binge- and over-eating and create a healthy relationship with food and your body.
Food Freedom Coaching focuses on nurturing a positive mindset, building sustainable habits and understanding your body’s needs, rather than focusing on losing weight with restricted diets that leads to yo-yo results.
It depends on how adaptable you are and how willing you are to follow the guidance.
Unlike dieting, this is no quick fix, but I’ll support you the whole way.
Most of my clients experience their weight naturally establish when they stop dieting and learn to listen to their body and embrace balanced eating.
When you remove all restrictions and rules around food, it becomes less appealing. Most of my clients find that within a week or two, l they no don’t desire eating the fun food at all times.
